Ark’s Z-vibe

ARK’s Z-Vibe® is a vibrating oral motor tool that can help learn to tolerate stimuli in the mouth area. But also effectively deployable for improving speech, as well as nutritional and sensory skills. Use the Z-vibe to offer a varied sensory experience and/or to give targeted tactile signals in the oral cavity. The gentle vibration provides a new level of sensory stimulation and contributes to the awareness of the lips, tongue, cheeks and jaw. The vibration can also be very calming and soothing.

The Z-Vibe® has a lightweight, plastic handle with soft studs around the circumference so that there is a non-slip grip. This also allows you to caress the handle along the cheeks or arms for extra sensory stimuli. The handle comes with a blue probe tip at one end and a shift tip at the other. Use the probe tip for oral motor stimulation in the mouth area.

Instructions for use Z-vibe

To turn on the device, turn the Switch Tip on the other end of the handle until the device starts to vibrate (don’t tighten too tightly!).
