User Manual

The oil can be used in various ways.

• Direct inhalation of the oil from the bottle
• By means of a diffuser you spread the oil via vaporization in the air
• Humidifier: Fill a humidifier with water and place a tissue with a few drops of oil before the exit.
• Evaporate/steam: Put a few drops of oil in a bowl, hang over it with a towel and breathe in the fumes deeply and slowly.
• On the body: The oil can be applied directly to the crown of the head, to the temples, behind the ears, to the feet and other important organs.

  It is advisable to dilute the oil slightly with water with direct use.

• Massage: the oil can be used before, during and after a therapeutic massage.
• In the bath: Use a few drops of oil in the bath. Oil often remains as a layer on the water. It is best to mix the oil with a dash of milk first. Recommended is 4-6 drops per bath.

Practical Information

The oils are 100% pure blends of essential oils of plants (flowers, herbs or trees). The oils can be used for therapy and emotional well-being. A bottle of oil contains 10 ml.
