Weighted Turtle
This weighted cuddly turtle is a nice addition to the Manimo range. The body and shell (1 kg each) can be placed on different parts of the body. This allows you to apply weighting cuddling simultaneously in 2 places with this weighting cuddly toy. But of course the turtle can also be placed in its entirety on your lap to relax after a day full of stimuli. The weighted turtle will quickly become your child’s favorite!
How does this weighting hug work?
The weighted turtle provides sensory proprioceptive stimulation, which is a deep pressure on the body part where
it is placed. This pressure has a soothing effect on your child’s nervous system. It relieves excess energy
while providing deep pressure sensations. This weighting cuddly toy helps optimize concentration and helps children learn about their bodies and the space around them.
The benefits of the Manimo weighted turtle

User Manual
It is preferable that the weighted turtle be used for the prescribed periods of time and under the supervision of an adult.
The maximum weight for school-age children should be 5% to 10% of the child’s weight. This rule is best applied when using our weighting products.
But also listen to your child, who should also feel comfortable with it.
The use of the manimo for a period of 15 to 20 minutes is recommended because of its weight. The effects
linger for 1 to 2 hours after use.
