No Nasties Water Pearls

The ‘No Nasties’ brand water beads are non-toxic, easy to use and encourage children to learn through sensory play, using hand-eye coordination – they are “slippery little balls”

They are tiny beads, about the size of a poppy seed before being soaked in water, after which they grow about 150 times their original size.

Instructions for use of water beads

To grow them, simply put them in a large bowl and cover them with 5 cups of water and watch them expand over the next 5 hours or so. PRO-TIP – Use warm tap water for faster growth.

Once they’ve grown, drain excess water and voila, you’ve got a bowl of slippery, colorful balls for sensory-pathic play!

Play options for young and old

Water beads are versatile, use them in a sensory bin, stir them with your hands or feet to de-stimulate, sort the water beads by color, use them in the bath (strain out of the bath before you take out the stopper), try to scoop the beads, good fine motor skills exercise and your child will probably think of even more play possibilities. That’s what makes this product so great for all ages.

But adults also love the feeling of water pearls! They’re addictive to play with! In a beautiful glass bowl on the sofa, they are beautiful and colorful and the feeling of them is so stress-free. Dip your hand in a bowl of these and they feel amazing!
