We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to claim warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report the defect to us within two months of its occurrence. If the defect is within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement at no charge.

There is no warranty on our chew jewelry. We have several strengths of jewelry and it is difficult to determine if the chosen strength is appropriate for your child. Experience tells us that sometimes it takes a while to find the best chewable item. Some children prefer a soft chew with the result that it damages more quickly.

If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere then you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
