What is ADHD?
ADHD is the abbreviation of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. People with ADHD or ADD (without hyperactivity) usually have difficulty concentrating and are easily distracted (attention problems). Furthermore, there is impulsive behavior, making ill-considered decisions and taking action too quickly. Being physically overactive is often seen in children, which is more manifested in adulthood in feeling restless (hyperactivity). ADHD without hyperactivity used to be called ADD.
