Practice mats

These exercise mats are ideal for children to move around!
On each of the six mats, a different exercise is printed as an illustration – and children do not have to be able to read for this: handstands, jumping exercises … and with additional sports equipment such as hoops and skipping rope (not included), a varied circuit training can be set up in no time. The exercises support children holistically in their body coordination, flexibility, balance, endurance and serve as light muscle training. Handy material that is certainly also recommended for use in gym class, in childcare or as physiotherapy material.
