Coincidentally, I ended up on Suzanne’s website (Educadora webshop) in my search for material that can support Kobe in his restless sleep and I read about the Kids zip Sheets.
Bad sleeper
Kobe has always been a bad sleeper, he wakes up a lot. Because of the wriggling, he no longer lies under his nice warm down during the night and he always gets cold. Falling asleep is then always difficult, with many interrupted nights as a result.
So I’m looking for a way to give him a little more comfort, and to make sure that – despite his fidgeting and waking up – he still stays tucked in throughout the night.
Weighted blanket?
I really tried everything, that’s what I thought..? A soft blanket, a “weighted blanket”, an extra down right around his bed, … Not really a success.
Fan-tas-tisch.
Happy with the Zip Sheets
Kobe also likes it, I can tell from him. He’s already used to the Kids Zip Sheets. We have the impression that he tosses less through the night and our restless light sleeper is no longer cold at night!
About Kristien
I’m Kristien, mother of a four-year-old son. Kobe had just turned two when he was diagnosed with ASD. Kobe also has a developmental delay. We have already swam through many waters and the course we take with him is very bumpy. With this blog I would like to share my experiences with other moms and dads who are in the same bath in one way or another. The search for specific materials and toys is not easy for children with autism and is different for every child.
