The prices mentioned in the web store do not include shipping costs
Why are the shipping costs so high?
We apply the shipping costs that we also owe to our carriers. This is because shipping costs are not reflected in the prices of the items. Shipping is not free, it is a big expense for an online store. That money has to come from somewhere. Some online stores choose to raise the price of their items so they can offer “free” shipping. I like to be transparent. With us you pay fair prices for the products and we calculate the shipping costs separately, which is very transparent for you as a customer.
Orders are offered to DHL, BPost (and DPD/GLS) for shipment every working day. If ordered on working days before 23:00 (for Belgium it is 20:00), we strive to ship it the same day. Within the Netherlands, you will usually receive your order the next working day. For Belgium, a delivery time of 1-3 working days applies.
Delivery for the Netherlands takes place from Monday to Saturday. The orders are shipped via DHL, you will receive a track and trace code by email in the evening.
Delivery for Belgium takes place from Monday to Friday between 9.00-18.00. The orders are shipped via BPost, you will receive a track and trace code by email.
If, for whatever reason, we do not meet the stated delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. We are not liable for delays from the carrier.
In the unlikely event that you are not at home on the day they bring your order, our carrier will deliver your package to the nearest parcel shop. There you can pick up your order from the next working day. (For schools/companies, a package is offered 1x if not at home and then returned).
Make sure you pick up the package within 5 working days at a parcel shop to prevent it from being returned. If the package is not picked up and returned there in time, the return and new shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
With DHL, it is sometimes also possible to change the address or delivery time when you receive a message that your package is on its way.
Accidentally passed on the wrong delivery address? If so, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
If the package has already been shipped, the return costs and the new shipping costs are for you as a customer.
