Shipping costs and delivery time

We like to keep our shipping costs transparent and as low as possible. Since we now offer almost all of our packages to GLS, our fixed shipping costs have been reduced.

Netherlands

  • Free shipping for orders > 60 euro
  • Letterbox post shipments via GLS (with track and trace) have a fixed rate of 3.99 euros and are delivered on business days only.
  • Package post via GLS is from 5.95 euros (with track and trace). Delivery only on business days.

Belgium

  • Free shipping for orders > 100 euro
  • Parcel post via GLS 7,50 euro (delivery within 1-3 working days) with track and trace (delivers only on working days)

Germany

  • Parcel post via GLS 8,95 euro (delivery within 2-3 working days)

France

  • Parcels via DPD 15 euro (delivery within 3-5 working days)

Spain

  • Parcel post via DPD 20 euro (delivery within 3-5 working days)

Why are the shipping costs so high?

We apply the shipping costs that we also owe to our carriers. This is because shipping costs are not reflected in the prices of the items. Shipping is not free, it is a big expense for an online store. That money has to come from somewhere. Some online stores choose to raise the price of their items so they can offer “free” shipping. I like to be transparent. With us you pay fair prices for the products and we calculate the shipping costs separately, which is very transparent for you as a customer.

Delivery time

Orders are submitted to GLS for shipment within 1-3 business days. We strive if ordered before 8pm to ship the same day.

Delivery takes place on weekdays between 9:00 and 18:00. The orders are shipped via GLS, you will receive a track and trace code by mail.

If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the stated delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. We are not liable for delays from the carrier.
