1. Open the puppy (zipper) and take out the bag with filling and also the vibration unit.
2. Check that the microwave is clean and free of food residue or other debris that could affect the heat hug.
3. Place the filling in the microwave, making sure it is evenly distributed to avoid hot spots.
4. Heat the filling at 750 W for 1-2 minutes.
5. Carefully check the temperature of the refill before using it to make sure it’s not too hot for your skin.
6. If the heat hug is not warm enough, you can heat up the filling in short intervals increments to prevent overheating.
7. Once the stuffing has reached the desired temperature, store it inside the puppy and place it in the desired area for warmth and comfort.

Caution: Overheating can damage the heat cuddly toy and cause burns. Always use caution when heating and use a heat-resistant glove or cloth to handle the heat hug. Remove the separate vibration unit if you want to use the cuddly toy as a heat cuddly toy.

How to use and activate the vibration:

1. Insert 2x AA batteries into the vibration unit. Turn the unit to ON.
2. Add the vibration unit to the cuddly toy. To do this, open the zipper on the back.
3. Press the cuddly toy, the vibration unit will turn on
4. The vibration unit switches itself off after 5 minutes.
5. Reactivate by applying pressure to the cuddly toy
6. If you don’t use the vibration, take it out and set it to OFF

Caution: Do not use the vibration at the same time as the heated filling to avoid damage to the vibration unit.
