Placing an order

In the webshop the products are divided into categories. So you can easily search by category. But also by brand or color. Given that we sell mainly sensory products, it is of course also possible to search by sense. For chew jewelry, it is possible to search by chewiness.

Ordering is easy by clicking on the desired item and clicking on the shopping cart button. By clicking on the shopping basket at the top right of the screen you can see your order before proceeding to checkout.

Product not in stock

If you cannot add a product to the cart, it means that this product is out of stock. Want to order a product that is out of stock? If so, leave your email address with the product and you will receive an email as soon as it is back in stock.

Place an order as a private individual

As a private individual, you can place an order with us by paying directly via Ideal or other payment method. On account is only possible for Dutch and Belgian customers through our partner Billink.

Shipping option within the Netherlands: As a consumer/private individual, choose the DHL consumer shipping option. Usually the orders are delivered in the evening.

Place an order as a school, institution, or business

As a school or company, you can place an order without paying in advance. Indicate in comments in the checkout screen that you wish to pay by invoice. Then choose to pay via Ideal and cancel the payment. The order will then arrive at us as unpaid, we will then manually convert the order to ‘pending’. We will then pack and ship the order. You will receive the invoice by email at the email address provided. If the invoice needs to be sent to a different email address, please also put this in the comments.

Shipping option within the Netherlands: As a school, company or institution, choose the DHL schools/companies shipping option, then the order will be offered during office hours (the DHL consumer shipping option is usually delivered in the evening).

Changing invoice details

When entering the address information, make sure that the correct shipping address (must belong to the company) and the correct billing information. For later changing the invoice details such as address / name, we charge 10 euros (incl) on the invoice.

Place an order with an order form

It is possible to place an order with us by means of an order form. The lead time for this is on average 2 working days. We charge 10 euros (incl) per order form for this administrative action.

Reverse charge of VAT

For companies, schools and agencies in Europe, we have the option of using the VAT reverse charge mechanism. When placing your order, make sure you enter a valid VAT number and choose reverse charge. In that case, no VAT will be charged under the reverse charge mechanism. If you have not made use of the VAT reverse charge mechanism and wish to do so later, we can arrange this for you. Costs for this are 10 euros (incl) and will then be charged on the invoice.
