Is the order or part of it not quite what you expected? Too bad! Of course, you may return the products.
Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancelling your order, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product will have to be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To make use of the right of withdrawal, please send us an email via webshop@educadora.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days (after receipt of the return), provided that the product has been returned in good order. The customer is responsible for loss or damage during the return process. We cannot reimburse damaged or lost products.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you as a customer. So treat the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when returned.

Again, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product. This can be for letter mail (Netherlands only) or for package mail. The exchanged product will then be sent free of charge. Here too you can use our return portal for the return shipment where the costs are for your own account.
