Weight of the weighted vest

The weight of the vest is evenly distributed and gives a light, but noticeable pressure on the body. The materials have been carefully selected, both inside and out. The fabric is soft, comfortable and elastic, and the glass filling used has been tested and documented free of harmful substances.

The vest closes by the small elastic to attach the button to the inside and fasten the Velcro closure with both hands. Make sure the Velcro parts are exactly on top of each other for a perfect fit. Please note: the vest must be close to the body, so that the body – and not the shoulders – carries the weight.
